小果蔷薇种子生物学特性研究

以小果蔷薇种子为材料,对其大小、种仁率、千粒重、萌发障碍因子、生活力、贮藏特性及萌发特性等进行研究.结果表明:小果蔷薇种子较小,且种仁率较低,为(33.16±10.05)%,千粒重仅为(6.198 3±0.236 7)g;种壳厚而坚硬,虽然具有一定透水性,但对种子萌发存在一定的机械障碍;种子可见胚乳和胚的分布,但种胚分化不明显,具有生理休眠特性;内源抑制物可能是造成小果蔷薇种子休眠的主要原因之一,种子各分离相提取液对小白菜种子发芽抑制作用为水相>乙醇相=乙酸乙脂相>石油醚相,其中,水相内源抑制物对幼苗根长和胚轴长具有显著的抑制作用,乙醇相内源抑制物对幼苗根长抑制作用高于胚轴长;小果蔷薇种子具有一定耐贮性在 4℃条件下贮藏 6 个月,其生活力还能维持 90%左右;以水为溶剂,液料比≥5∶1,浸提次数≥5 的干湿交替处理可以打破其休眠,显著提高其萌发率,成仁种子萌发率可达 40%以上.
Study on the Biological Characteristics of Rosa cymosa Seeds
Small-fruited Rose cymosa seeds were used as materials for the study of the size,seed kernel percentage,thou-sand-seed weight,germination impediment factors,viability,storage characteristics,and germination characteristics.The re-sults revealed that few R.cymosa seeds had a low seed kernel rate of(33.16±10.05)%and a thousand-seed weight of(6.198 3±0.236 7)g;the seed shells were thick and hard,and although they had a certain degree of water permeability,there was a cer-tain degree of mechanical obstacle to seed germination.The seeds were visible in the distribution of the endosperm and em-bryo,but the seed embryo did not differentiate obviously,and it had the characteristics of physiological dormancy;the en-dogenous inhibitors may be one of the main reasons for the dormancy of R.cymosa seeds,the seeds of each isolated phase of the extract on the germination of Brassica napus seed inhibition from large to small in the order of water phase>ethanol phase=ethyl acetate phase>petroleum ether phase,in which the water phase of the endogenous inhibitors on the root length of the seedling and the embryonic axis of the length of a significant inhibitory effect,ethanol phase of the endogenous inhibitors on the root length of the seedling inhibitory effect is higher than the embryonic axis of the length of the seedling.R.cymosa seeds have a certain degree of resistance to storage at 4℃for six days.The seeds of Rosa minor have a certain degree of storage resistance at 4℃under the condition of storage for six months,and its vitality can still maintain about 90%;water as a solvent,liquid material ratio≥5∶1,the number of times of wet and dry alternating treatment≥5 can break its dormancy,significantly im-prove its germination rate,into the kernel of the seed germination rate of up to 40%or more.
