羊肚菌大棚层架筐式栽培技术研究

从四川引进 5 个性状优良的羊肚菌菌株,在设施大棚层架筐式栽培模式下,对菌株进行出菇对比试验、栽培土配方出菇对比试验和外源营养袋放置时期出菇对比试验.结果表明:六妹系列的 Mor.005 菌株,产量最高,平均每筐 139.47 g,子实体整体个头小,单朵平均重量 21 g,菌盖重量占整朵子实体的 64.1%;其次为七妹系列的Mor.007 菌株,平均每筐 100.07 g,子实体整体个头较大,单朵平均重量 24.67 g,菌盖重量占整朵子实体的 60.8%.水沟土肥沃程度不如菜园土,但土壤疏松、持水性好,病虫害少,栽培的羊肚菌鲜菇产量较高,平均产量 108.50 g/筐;稻田土的土质较肥沃、持水性较好,病虫害少,栽培的羊肚菌鲜菇产量次之,平均产量 99.30 g/筐;经检测,二者栽培的羊肚菌子实体产品质量均达到无公害的标准.外源营养袋的放置时期在 10、5 和 15 d较适宜,其鲜菇产量分别为 107.15、101.38和 97.46 g/筐,产量较高.
Cultivation Techniques for Morchella spp.with Multi-Layer Rack in Greenhouses
Five strains of Morchella spp.with good characteristics were introduced from Sichuan.The comparative experiment of the strains,cultivated soil,and the period of external nutrition bags was carried out under the model of cultivation with multi-layer racks in greenhouses.The results showed that No.1 had the highest yield,with an average of 139.47 g·basket‒1.The fruiting body was small overall.The average weight of the fruiting body was 21 g,and the cap weight accounted for 64.1%of the fruiting body.The second strain was No.3,with an average of 100.07 g·basket‒1.The fruiting body was larger overall.The aver-age weight of the fruiting body was 24.67 g,and the cap weight accounted for 60.8%of the fruiting body.The fertility of ditch soil was not as good as that of vegetable garden soil,but the soil was loose,and the water-holding capacity was good.The number of diseased and insect pests was less,and the yield of Morchella spp.was the highest,with an average yield of 108.50 g·basket‒1.The soil quality of the rice fields was more fertile,with good water retention and fewer diseases and pests.The yield of Morchella spp.was the second highest,at 99.30 g·basket‒1.After testing,the quality of these two products reached the non-pollution stan-dards.The optimal periods for external nutrition bags were 10,5,and 15 d.The yield of fresh mushrooms was higher at 107.15 g·basket‒1,101.38 g·basket‒1,and 97.46 g·basket‒1,respectively.
