社会观念视角下海南省可持续农业发展路径探索研究

摘要
针对当前海南农业发展存在的农业利益相关者观念思维僵化、没有创新合力等现象,研究社会观念对可持续农业的影响,为政府部门、科研机构和农业主体提供决策参考.从"社会观念"视角,通过汲取国内外社会观念对可持续农业影响的相关研究成果,透过理论研究其对可持续农业的影响机制,突破国内社会观念理论与应用结合的研究局限性.并结合海南农业可持续发展现状与问题,在利用社会观念特点的基础上,探索出强化社会认同,扎根农业;优化制度环境,张弛有度;引导主动发展,激发创新的路径方向.
Abstract
Given the current agricultural development in Hainan,existing problems such as the narrow minds of farming stakeholders,lack of innovation force,etc.,exist.This paper studies the influence of social conceptions on sustainable agri-culture to provide decision-making references for government departments,scientific research institutions,and agricultural stakeholders.From the perspective of social conception,by widely absorbing previous research achievements of social con-ception on the influence of sustainable agriculture,learning its theoretical research on the influence mechanism of sustainable agriculture,breaking through the domestic research limitations of social conception theory and application combination.Combined with the current situation and problems of sustainable agricultural development in Hainan,this paper proposes path exploration by maximizing the three characteristics of social conception:strengthening social identification and taking root in agriculture,optimizing the relaxation of the institutional environment,and guiding active development and innovation.
