摘要
咖啡是全球热带亚热带地区重要的经济作物之一,随着近年来我国咖啡消费量的高速增加,咖啡产业逐渐在繁荣边疆少数民族经济发展,推进边疆地区乡村振兴中占据重要的地位.低温是影响咖啡生长发育和高海拔种植的主要非生物胁迫因素之一.为明确咖啡响应低温胁迫的研究现状,文章以"咖啡""低温""抗冷性"为关键词检索国内外相关文献,综述了国内外在咖啡抗冷性方面的研究进展.基于前人的研究,文章从低温胁迫对咖啡生长、光合、生理变化、分子基础等方面归纳了相关研究,从品种选育和外源调控两个方面总结了提高咖啡低温耐受性的策略,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.
Abstract
Coffee is a vital cash crop in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world.With the rapid increase in coffee consumption in China in recent years,the coffee industry has gradually occupied a crucial position in the prosperity of the economic development of ethnic minorities in the border areas and the promotion of rural revitalization in border areas.This paper searches the domestic and international literature with the keywords"coffee""low temperature"and"cold resistance"to understand the current status of research on coffee response to low-temperature stress and then summarizes the progress of domestic and international research on the cold resistance of coffee.Based on the previous studies,this paper summarized various aspects the effects of low-temperature stress on coffee growth,photosynthesis,physiological changes,and the mo-lecular basis of these effects.We summarized the strategies to improve the low-temperature tolerance of coffee from the as-pects of cultivar selection and exogenous regulation,as well as future research directions.
