目的 了解广州地区无偿献血人群HBsAg阳性的流行状况,为制定及招募安全血源提供科学依据.方法 回顾性调查分析广州地区2000年1月至2010年12月无偿献血人群2 520 179例,对HBsAg检测结果进行统计分析.结果 2000-2010年广州地区无偿献血者HBsAg阳性率为0.93％,其中2007-2010年间HBsAg阳性率有升高趋势(x2=61.024,P＜0.001).HBsAg阳性率在不同性别、年龄、职业、学历间差异均有统计学意义(x2=3596,P＜0.001;x2=442.6,P＜0.001;x2=216.4,P＜0.001；x2=2013.0,P＜0.001).男性HBsAg阳性率高于女性；18～岁组HBsAg阳性率低于其他年龄组；工人、农民及学历较低者有较高的HBsAg阳性率.结论 广州地区无偿献血人群HBsAg保持较平稳流行率,2007-2010年有升高趋势,应进一步加强乙肝防控工作.鼓励年青人献血更有利于保障临床；输血安全.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence of HBsAg in Guangzhou for providing a scientific basis for the development of hepatitis B virus control strategies and the recruitment of safe blood donation.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed of volunteer blood donor population of 2 520 179 cases in Guangzhou from January 2000 to December 2010.Colloidal gold assay was performed for first screening and ELISA assay was performed to detect HBsAg in serum samples.Results After first screening, the overall HBsAg positive rate was 0.93％ among the volunteer blood donors from 2000 to 2010 in Guangzhou.There was a increasing trend from year 2007 to 2010 (x2=61.024,P＜0.001).Moreover,HBsAg positive rate was statistically significant difference in gender,age,occupation and educational background (x2=3596, P＜0.001;x2=442.6, P＜0.001 ;x2=216.4,P＜0.001 ;x2=2013.0,P＜0.001).HBsAg positive rate significantly higher in man than woman and 18-25 years group has lowest HBsAg positive rate.Conclusions In Guangzhou, it maintained a relatively stable prevalence of HBsAg positive and showed a significant trend of increase from 2007 to 2010 in volunteer blood donors.The strategy of encourage more young people actively donate blood will help to provide safe blood supply.
