目的 探索对传统寄生虫大体标本制作技术的改进,丰富教学标本的种类.方法 环氧树脂AB(水晶滴胶)包埋寄生虫标本,固化、脱模后制成水晶滴胶寄生虫大体标本,制作过程不使用标本缸和保存液.结果 技术改良后制成的水晶滴胶标本透明度高、结构清晰、轻便、易观察、可永久保存.结论 寄生虫水晶滴胶标本保存效果好,克服了传统大体标本制作存在的一些不足,可适应当前高循环的实验室教学需求.
Improved techniques for making gross parasite specimens
Objective To explore and improve the production techniques of traditional gross parasite specimens and enrich the types of teaching specimens.Methods The parasite specimens were embedded in epoxy resin AB(crystal drop glue),and the gross specimen of crystal drop glue parasite was prepared after curing and demudding.The specimen jar and preservation solution were not used in the production process.Results The crystal drops made by technical modiffication had high transparency,clear structure,light weight,easy observation and permanent preservation.Conclusion The preservation effect of parasite crystal drops could overcome many shortcomings of traditional liquid-liquid immersion specimen making and should be suitable for the current high circulation and fast pace of laboratory teaching.
