The progress in the research of vector based ESAT-6 vaccine of Mycobacteria tuberculosis
Mycobacteria tuberculosis(MTB)is one type of pathogen agents causing tuberculosis;it recently becomes highlight to control this bacterium by ESAT-6 vaccination;ESAT-6 antigen is one type of accepted molecules of vaccine.This review summarized on the progress in the research of vector-based ESAT-6 vaccine of Mycobacteria tuberculosis;these vectors including Bacille Calmettle-Guerin,Mycobacterium smegmatis,Mycobacterium vaccae,Salmonella typhimurium,Streptococcus gordonii,Listeria monocytogenes,Agrobacteria tumefaciens,Lactococcus lactis,Bifidobacteria bifidum,Pichia pastoris,influenza virus,modified vaccinia ankara virus,adenovirus serotype 5,lentivirus,and buculovirus.
