摘要
目的 回顾分析本院首例2型猪链球菌脓毒血症合并肺部感染病例的临床表现及诊治过程,为早期诊治猪链球菌感染提供经验依据.方法 通过血培养及微生物质谱鉴定技术早期诊断并对该病例进行分析总结.结果 患者因"右侧胸背疼痛伴发热1d"于2023年7月30日人暨南大学附属广州红十字会医院,既往基础疾病多,免疫力低下,无明显流行病学史,诊断为脓毒血症、人感染猪链球菌并肺部感染,经过积极治疗后患者病情好转出院.结论 在猪链球菌病高发的夏秋季节,临床医生应提高对猪链球菌感染的认识和警惕性,早诊断早治疗,避免漏诊及误诊.
Abstract
Objective To review and analyze the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of the first case of type 2 Streptococcus suis sepsis associated with pulmonary infection in our hospital,and provide empirical basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of Streptococcus suis infection.Methods The blood culture and microbial mass spectrometry identification techniques were used for early diagnosis.This case was analyzed and summarized.Results The patient admitted to the Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital of Jinan University on 30 July 2023 because of"The right chest-back pain with fever for 1 day"was diagnosed as Streptococcus suis sepsis associated with pulmonary infection.He had many underlying diseases,low immunity,and no obvious epidemiological history.He was diagnosed with sepsis,Streptococcus suis infection and lung infection.After active treatment,the patient's condition improved and he was discharged.Conclusion In summer andautumn when Streptococcus suis infection is highly prevalent,clinicians should increase their awareness and vigilance of Streptococcus suis infection,avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and provide early treatment.
