IL-15,PCT and coagulation fibrinolysin expression and related risk factors in patients with coronary heart disease combined with pulmonary infection
Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-15(IL-15),procalcitonin(PCT)and coagulation fibrinolysin and related risk factors in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Shuyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as subjects of this study.According to the incidence of infection, they were divided into infection group(n=24),and patients without infection were selected as control group(n=76).The changes of serum IL-15,PCT and coagulation fibrinolysin levels and related risk factors were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in gender, alcohol consumption, diabetes, hypertension, family history of coronary heart disease,N terminal pro B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and D-dimer levels between the two groups(all P>0.05).Age,smoking,length of hospital stay and ventilator treatment in the infected group were higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(t/c2=4.459,7.888,9.639,6.836;all P<0.05).Serum levels of IL-15,PCT,phrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)and plasminogenemia activator inhibitor(PAI)in the infected group were significantly higher than those in the control group, level of profibrinolysin(PLG)was significantly lower than that in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(t=19.028,8.813,9.647,4.487,5.124,5.404,4.204;all P<0.05).Serum levels of IL-15,PCT,PT,APTT,FIB and PAI were significantly higher in patients with poor prognosis than those in the patients with good prognosis;PLG level was significantly lower than that of patients with good prognosis, and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.463,3.149,8.938,2.467,8.004,11.634,7.093;all P<0.05).Multivariate logistic analysis showed that age, smoking, length of hospital stay, ventilator treatment, serum IL-15,PCT,PT,APTT,FIB,PLG and PAI level were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease complicated with pulmonary infection(all P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of IL-15,PCT and thrombinolysin in patients with coronary heart disease combined with pulmonary infection, and many risk factors;clinical attention should be paid to independent risk factors leading to their occurrence.
