新医科背景下医学微生物学课程创新型教学模式的探索与实践

摘要
医学微生物学课程是医学生的专业必修课,需要对传统教学模式进行优化与创新以应对新医科建设需求.本文介绍新医科背景下"一核两融三翼"的医学微生物学课程创新教学模式."一核"即以医学微生物学"三性两法"主线内容为核心,"两融"即教学全程融入思政教育与生物安全意识,"三翼"即注重学生临床、科研、实践三方面的能力培养.通过新教学模式的实践引导学生树立正确的价值观与生物安全观,实现临床导向思维培养,实践技能与社会需求同步,科研素养与创新能力提升,助力研究型、复合型和应用型医学人才培养.
Abstract
Medical microbiology is a required course for medical students,and the traditional teaching method needs to be improved and modernized to fit the needs of new medical science development.The innovative teaching model of medical microbiology curriculum introduced here is"one core,two fusions and three wings".The one core of this model is the"three characteristics and two methods"of medical microbiology.The two fusions are the integration of ideological and political education and biosecurity awareness into the whole teaching process.The three wings are the cultivation of students'abilities in three aspects:clinical,scientific research and practice.Through the implementation of this teaching model,students can be guided to develop correct values and biosecurity concept,cultivate clinical-oriented thinking,synchronize practical skills with social needs,increase scientific research literacy and innovation capacity,and help in the cultivation of research-oriented,comprehensive,and applied medical professionals.
