2020-2022年广州地区副溶血性弧菌病原学特征分析

目的 了解广州地区副溶血性弧菌的血清型、毒力基因和分子特征,为副溶血性弧菌疾病的防控提供科学依据.方法 对2020-2022年收集到的副溶血性弧菌菌株进行血清分型、毒力基因检测和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE),并使用国家致病菌识别网的比对功能进行同源性分析.结果 收集到132株副溶血性弧菌,其中50.8%(67/132)的菌株血清型为O10∶K4,其次为O3∶K6(34.8%,46/132);毒力基因结果显示所有的菌株tlh基因阳性(100.0%,132/132),有130株tdh基因阳性(98.5%,130/132),2株trh基因阳性(1.5%,2/132);PFGE聚类分析发现菌株可分为31个PFGE型别,菌株间相似值为23.54%~100.00%,有6个集中聚类.结论 广州地区副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病以O10∶K4和O3∶K6血清型为主,大多数菌株携带tdh基因,PFGE图谱提示基因多样性.
Pathogenic characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Guangzhou from 2020 to 2022
Objective To analyze the serotype,virulence genes and gene characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from Guangzhou,and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Methods The serotypes,virulence genes and pulse-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)type of all the isolated stains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected during 2020-2022.Homology analysis was performed using the comparison function of the Chinese Pathogen Identification Net.Results O10∶K4(50.8%,67/132)and O3∶K6(34.8%,46/132)were the predominant serotypes of the 132 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains isolated.Virulence gene detection indicated all strains were detected positive for tlh genes(100.0%,132/132),130 isolates expressed tdh genes(98.5%,130/132),only 2 isolates expressed trh genes(1.5%,2/132).These strains could be divided into 31 PFGE patterns,and the similarity coefficients were between 23.54%-100.00%.It belonged to 6 clone clusters.Conclusions O10∶K4 and O3∶K6 were the most dominant serotypes in Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains from foodborne disease in Guangzhou,and tdh was detected in most of the strains.PFGE showed there was great diversity in this gene.
