Trend of HPV genotypes in 81 606 female patients in Zhengzhou city from 2018 to 2022
Objective To investigate the subtype and age distribution of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection in women in Zhengzhou from 2018 to 2022.Methods A total of 24 316 women of appropriate age who participated in HPV infection screening in the Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to June 2022 were selected as the examination group.57 290 women of appropriate age who received HPV infection screening in the gynecological of the hospital during the same period were selected as the patient group.Fluorescent PCR was used to screen 21 HPV gene subtypes,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results In the examination group,1 921 cases of cervical specimens were HPV positive,the total infection rate and the infection rates of bivalent,quadvalent and nine-valent HPV vaccine types were 7.90%,1.60%,1.85%,4.93%,respectively,while in the patient group,there were 6 411 cases of HPV positive specimens,the infection rates were:11.19%,3.00%,3.95%,7.51%,respectively.The top six female HPV infection rates were:HPV-16/52/58/53/39/51.The age group with high incidence of HPV infection was 56-<61 years(11.64%)in the examination group,while 15-<21 years(25.17%)in the treatment group.The women HPV infection rate from 2018 to 2022 was 18.67%,11.02%,7.90%,9.35%and 9.05%,respectively,and the average HPV infection rate in the past five years was 10.21%.Conclusions HPV infection varies by age.The nine-valent HPV vaccination need to expend the age range urgently.The infection rate of HPV showed a decreasing trend from 2018 to 2022.
