Preparation and Photoelectric Characteristics of TiO2/Fe2O3 Heterojunction Thin Films
TiO2/Fe2O3 heterojunction thin films were successfully synthesized on FTO through the hydrothermal method.The structures and morphologies of TiO2/Fe2O3 heterojunction were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-Vis spectra.The results indicate that TiO2/Fe2O3 heterojunction consist of TiO2 nanorods with a size of about 200-300 nm and decorated by Fe2 O3 nanoparticles.The photocurrent tests show that campared to TiO2,photoelectric conversion efficiency of TiO2/Fe2O3 heterojunction under visible light improved obviously,and photoelectric conversion mechanism TiO2/Fe2O3 heterojunction were analyzed.
