环氧改性聚三唑树脂共混体系的研究

采用双酚A型环氧树脂6150和脂环族缩水甘油脂三官能环氧树脂TDE85共混改性聚三唑树脂(PTA)树脂.对改性树脂及其T700复合材料的热性能和力学性能进行了研究,结果表明,共混树脂体系中6150、TDE85与PTA的质量比为1∶1∶2时,环氧树脂能够提升PTA的韧性,改善PTA树脂与碳纤维的界面,从而对复合材料的力学性能产生有利影响.相比于T700/PTA复合材料,T700/环氧-PTA复合材料的0°压缩强度达到1 259.6 MPa,层间剪切强度达到100.9 MPa,分别提升了 67.6%和142.5%.聚三唑树脂能有效提升环氧树脂体系的耐温性,共混体系的玻璃化转变温度为191.6℃.环氧树脂和PTA树脂性能互补,共混既可提升环氧树脂的耐热性,还可改善PTA树脂的工艺性能.
Study on blend system of epoxy modified polytriazole resin
The polytriazole resin(PTA)was modified by blending bisphenol A epoxy resin 6150 and alicyclic glycidyl trifunctional epoxy resin TDE85.The thermal and mechanical properties of modified resin and its T700 composite materials were investigated.The results showed that when the mass ratio of 6150,TDE85,and PTA in the blend resin system was 1∶1∶2,epoxy resin could enhance the toughness of PTA,improve the interface between PTA resin and carbon fiber,and thus had a favorable effect on the mechanical properties of the composite material.Compared to T700/PTA composite material,the 0 ° compressive strength of T700/epoxy PTA composite material reached 1 259.6 MPa,and the interlayer shear strength reached 100.9 MPa,which was an increase of 67.6%and 142.5%,respectively.The polytriazole resin could effectively improve the temperature resistance of epoxy resin systems,and the glass transition temperature of the blend system was 191.6 ℃.The properties of epoxy resin and PTA resin complement each other,blending not only enhances the heat resistance of epoxy resin,but also improves the process performance of PTA resin.
