In order to explore the rheological properties of hot mix epoxy asphalt, the dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)and bending beam rheometer(BBR)were used to compare the high-temperature and low-temperature properties of epoxy asphalt, and the changes of rheological properties with the content of epoxy system and the type of matrix asphalt were analyzed. The reasons for the change were further explored by compatibility test and fluorescence microscope. The results showed that the higher the content of epoxy system, the better the compatibility between matrix asphalt and epoxy resin, the stronger the high-temperature performance of epoxy asphalt and the lower the low-temperature crack resistance. The low temperature performance sensitivity decreased with the increase of the content of e-poxy system, and the matrix asphalt had no significant effect on it.The mass fraction of 30%-40%was the limit content of epoxy system for phase transition of epoxy asphalt. When the mass fraction of the epoxy system was not higher than 30%,the matrix asphalt was the main phase in epoxy asphalt, and the cured product of epoxy resin was the secondary phase. When the mass fraction of the epoxy system was not less than 40%,the epoxy asphalt was the secondary phase and epoxy resin curing products as the main phase.
