彩色沥青路面材料应用研究进展

摘要
彩色沥青路面因具有疏导车流、缓解疲劳、视觉警示、协调环境和缓解城市热效应等优点近年来成为研究热点.文中对比分析了彩色沥青路面采用的几种胶结料:脱色沥青、浅色合成胶结料、环氧树脂、聚氨酯及丙烯酸树脂的特点,综述了其改性研究进展.此外,还介绍了彩色沥青路面采用的色粉和集料的种类及特点.综合材料性能、环境效益、施工可控性等因素,推荐采用双组分环氧树脂胶结料,并对其增韧及耐紫外老化性能改进方法提出了建议.
Abstract
The colored asphalt pavement has become a research hotspot in recent years due to its advantages of guiding traffic flow,re-lieving fatigue,visual warning,coordinating environment and alleviating urban heat effects.In this paper,the characteristics of several binders used in colored asphalt pavement,including decolorized asphalt,light colored synthetic binders,epoxy resin,polyurethane,and acrylic resin were compared and analyzed and the research progress in their modification were reviewed.In addition,the types and characteristics of pigments and aggregates used in colored asphalt pavement were also introduced.Based on factors such as material per-formance,environmental benefits and construction controllability,the two-component epoxy resin binder was recommended to use,and suggestions were made for improving its toughening and UV aging resistance.
