环氧树脂室温快速固化剂的合成及其复配性能研究

针对目前厚浆型环氧树脂与厚浆环氧(HS)固化剂搭配使用的涂层室温实干时间过长(>6h),不满足高固含压载舱涂料的室温实干时间(≤4h)问题,采用了苯酚、多聚甲醛、硫脲、三乙烯四胺作为原料合成制备出一种酚醛胺加成固化剂,研究了其与HS固化剂按照质量比1∶0.5、1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、1∶4复配的涂层性能.结果表明,与HS固化剂1∶4质量比复配的涂层性能最佳,不仅可以缩短涂层室温实干时间至3.5 h,而且涂层还具有优异的力学性能和耐候性能,满足目前高固含压载舱涂料的性能需求.
Synthesis and compound properties of epoxy resin fast curing agent at room temperature
Aiming at the problem that the room temperature drying time of the coating used with thick slurry epoxy resin and matching the thick-paste epoxy(HS)curing agent was too long(>6 h),which does not meet the room temperature drying time of the high solid content ballast tank coating(≤4 h),phenol,paraformaldehyde,thiourea and triethylene tetramine were used as raw materials to synthesize and prepare a phenolic amine addition curing agent.The properties of the composite coating with phenolic amine addition curing agent and HS curing agent at the mass ratios of 1∶0.5,1∶1,1∶2,1∶3 and 1∶4 were studied.The results showed that the composite coating with phenolic amine addition curing agent and HS curing agent at a mass ratio of 1∶4 had the best performance.It could not only shorten the drying time of the coating to 3.5 h at room temperature,but also had excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance,which could meet the performance requirements of the current high solid content ballast tank coating.
