Preparation and grouting process of high-strength epoxy resin mortar
The high-strength epoxy resin mortar prepared using a self-developed curing agent. Its flowability, mechanical properties, curing behavior and the reinforcing effect of steel fibers were investigated and the simulation tests were conducted to replicate closed grouting scenarios. The results indicated that when the resin-to-aggregate ratio in the mortar exceeded 0.25,the epoxy resin mortar exhibited good flowability, with an initial flowability exceeding 230 mm,and the flowability at 30 minutes remained above 200 mm.In comparison to ordinary cement mortar, the compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile strength and adhesive strength of epoxy resin mortar were better, reaching 131.6,48.2,17.3,and 6.8 MPa,respectively. The addition of steel fibers further enhanced the mechanical properties of the epoxy resin mortar, providing a"crack-bridging"effect.With a 2%volume fraction of steel fibers, the mortar exhibited a 30%increase in tensile strength and achieveed a secondary flexural strength of 20 MPa.The epoxy resin mortar demonstrated good workability for grouting applications. In closed grouting construction, the use of pressurized grouting effectively improved the compactness of the grout.
