聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能研究

采用普通环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇与MDI系列异氰酸酯通过一步法合成浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,考察软段、硬段对材料力学性能的影响.实验发现:改变聚醚多元醇的并用比时,聚氨酯材料的物理力学性能随着高活性330N含量的增加先上升后下降.高活性聚醚多元醇330N与普通聚醚多元醇PPG220质量比为10∶90时,弹性体的综合力学性能较好.采用不同的醇类扩链剂丁二醇(BDO),1,4-二甘醇(DEG)及乙二醇(EG)合成聚氨酯弹性体,EG作扩链剂的聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能最好.采用100LL二异氰酸酯比MDI50和改性MDI合成的聚氨酯弹性体性能更好.防老剂添加质量分数为0.4%以上时,耐老化性能好.
Mechanical properties of polyether polyurethane elastomer
The cast polyurethane elastomer was synthesized by one-step method using ordinary propylene oxide polyether polyol and MDI series isocyanates,and the effects of soft segment and hard segment on the mechanical properties of materials were investigated.The experiment found that when the blending ratio of polyether polyols was changed,the physical and mechanical properties of polyurethane materials would first increase and then decrease with the increase of high activity 330 N content.When the mass ratio of high activity polyether polyol 330 N to ordinary polyether polyol PPG220 was 10∶90,the comprehensive mechanical properties were good.The polyurethane elastomers were synthesized using different alcohol chain extenders BDO,DEG,and EG.The mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomers using EG as a chain extender were the best.The performance of polyurethane elastomers synthesized using 100 LL diisocyanate was better than that of MDI50 and modified MDI.When the mass fraction of anti-aging agent added was above 0.4%,the anti-aging performance was good.
