糠胺呋喃基自阻燃环氧树脂的绿色制造技术研究

以糠胺、环氧氯丙烷、四丁基溴化胺为原料,合成了本征阻燃的糠胺环氧树脂,通过环氧值及可水解氯含量测试研究了原料配比及工艺过程对产品的影响.结果表明,糠胺与环氧氯丙烷(ECH)物质的量比为1∶5,NaOH与ECH物质的量比为1∶1时得到的糠胺环氧树脂的环氧当量为122 g/eq,可水解氯质量分数为0.14%,挥发分质量分数为0.190%,通过液相色谱/质谱分析产物的组成结构明确.将该产物与4,4'-二氨基二苯砜固化后,对聚合物进行红外光谱分析、热重分析及燃烧测试.结果表明,产物的初始分解温度为293 ℃,具有较好的热稳定性、良好的耐热性能以及阻燃性能.该环氧树脂制备无需溶剂,工艺过程绿色环保,其原料可由玉米芯等生物质转化或分离得到,具有良好的应用价值.
Research on green manufacturing technology of furan based self flame retardant epoxy resin
The intrinsic flame retardant furfuryl amine epoxy resin was synthesized using furfurylamine,epichlorohydrin and tetrabutyl amine bromide as raw materials.The effects of raw material ratio and process on the product were investigated by tests of epoxy value and hydrolyzable chlorine content.The results showed that when the molar ratio of furfurylamine to epichlorohydrin(ECH)was 1∶5 and the molar ratio of NaOH to ECH was 1∶1,the epoxy equivalent,hydrolyzable chlorine and volatile of furfurylamine epoxy resin was 122 g/eq,0.14 wt%,and 0.190 wt%,respectively.The composition and structure of the product were clear by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry analysis.After curing the product with 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone,the polymer was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and combustion test.The results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of the product was 293 ℃,which had good thermal stability,good heat resistance and flame retardancy.The preparation of the epoxy resin does not require solvent,and the process is green and environmentally friendly.The raw material can be converted or separated from biomass such as corncob,which has good application value.
