Design and performance study of epoxy resin-polyurethane sand containing anti-slip sealing layer
In order to improve the durability and skid resistance of cement pavement,a multi-layer structure sand containing sealing layer was designed. The sand-containing fog sealing layer composed of solvent-free epoxy resin binder and anti-skid particles was sprayed firstly, and after curing at room temperature,it was sealed with a two-component solvent-free polyurethane. The components of the sealing materials were determined and evaluated by material performance tests and road performance tests. The results showed that when the mass ratio of components A and B in epoxy resin binder was 2∶1,and the mass ratio of components A and B in polyurethane binder was 5∶1,the surface drying time of the sealing layer conformed to the construction workability, and the effect was the best. The results of the bond strength test showed that when the mass fraction of diluent was 3%,the bond strength of epoxy resin binder was only 23%lower than that without adding diluent, and it played a role in reducing viscosity. The adhesive property of polyurethane was the best when it did not contain diluent.A total of 7 200 abrasion tests were conducted on the sealing specimens with optimized ratios, and the results showed that the type of anti slip particles had the greatest impact on the BPN changes and quality loss rate of the sealing specimens before and after abrasion. The coating amount of epoxy resin binder was determined to be 0.6 kg/m2.The anti-skid particles were diamond sand and the spraying amount was 0.5-0.7 kg/m2.The long term wear tests showed that the designed fog seal layer had better durability, which was beneficial for extending the service life of cement pavement.
