腐朽柴片状钴MOFs掺杂的松香基醇酸树脂清漆的制备

为了提高醇酸树脂清漆的防腐蚀性能,采用六水合硝酸钴制备了腐朽柴片状Co-MOFs材料,通过扫描电镜及X射线粉末衍射(XRD)分析,证实了材料制备成功.将Co-MOFs作为功能填料掺杂于松香基醇酸树脂中,并涂覆于Q235低碳钢电极及马口铁板上.采用极化曲线、交流阻抗、盐水浸泡腐蚀试验等研究了 Co-MOFs的添加对漆膜防腐性能的影响.结果表明:当Co-MOFs的添加质量分数为0.11%时,漆膜的耐腐蚀性显著提升,腐蚀电流密度由36.24 μA/cm2降低至2.52 μA/cm2,防腐蚀保护效率由83.2%提高至98.8%,盐水浸泡腐蚀试验结果与电化学测试结果基本一致.漆膜的硬度提升至4 H.
Preparation of decayed wood flake shaped cobalt MOFs doped rosin-based alkyd resin varnish
In order to improve the anticorrosion performance of alkyd resin varnish,the decayed wood flake-like Co-MOFs was prepared by using cobalt nitrate hexahydrate.The material was proved to be successfully prepared by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and x-ray powder diffraction(XRD).The prepared Co-MOFs was doped into rosin-based alkyd resias functional fillers,and the modified alkyd resin was coated on Q235 low carbon steel electrode and tinplate.The effect of Co-MOFs on the corrosion resistance of the coating was investigated by polarization curve,AC impedance technique and salt water immersion corrosion test.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the coating was improved remarkably when the content of Co-MOFs was 0.11wt%,and the corrosion current density of the coating was decreased from 36.24 to 2.52 μA/cm2.The anti-corrosion protection efficiency was increased from 83.2%to 98.8%.The results of salt spray test were basically consistent with those of electrochemical test.The hardness of the coating was increased to 4H.
