采矿结构支护用环氧复合材料制备研究

以环氧树脂为主体材料,制备了一种采矿结构支护用复合材料,通过凝胶时间、力学性能及表面电阻等测试研究了不同固化剂、增韧剂、填料、增强纤维及抗静电剂对体系操作性及材料性能的影响.结果表明,固化剂的凝胶时间对复合材料的操作性有较大影响,优选粘度低,操作期长,室温可固化的胺类改性固化剂.增强纤维的的加入可使复合材料的冲击强度提高至62.35 kJ/m2,弯曲强度达142.2 MPa,压缩强度达103.9 MPa,且满足V0级的阻燃要求.在复合材料表面喷涂环氧导电涂料,可以使材料的表面电阻明显降低,达1.2×104Ω.基于以上基础配方制备的环氧复合材料支护柱鞋破坏载荷可达503 kN,且满足结构支护产品的阻燃和抗静电要求.
Study on preparation of epoxy composites for mining structural support
The composite material for mining structure support was prepared with epoxy resin as the main material.The effects of different curing agents,toughening agents,fillers,reinforcing fibers and antistatic agents on the system operability and material properties were studied through the tests of gel time,mechanical properties and surface resistance.The results showed that the gel time of the curing agent had a great influence on the operability of the composite.The amine modified curing agent with low viscosity,long operation period and room temperature curability was preferred.The addition of reinforcing fibers could increase the impact strength of composite materials to 62.35 kJ/m2,flexural strength to 142.2 MPa,compression strength to 103.9 MPa,and meet the flame retardant requirements of VO level.Spraying epoxy conductive coating on the surface of composite materials could significantly reduce the surface resistance of the material,reaching 1.2 × 104 Ω.The failure load of epoxy composite material support column shoes prepared based on the above basic formula could reach 503 kN,and meet the flame retardant and anti-static requirements of structural support products.
