摘要
热塑性树脂改性环氧体系是一种典型的反应诱导相分离体系,随着固化反应的进行,环氧体系从均相开始相分离,形成不同的相形态.影响热塑性树脂改性环氧体系相分离形态的主要因素有:热塑性树脂的种类和结构、含量、分子质量以及固化温度和填料等.文中综述了以上各因素对相形态影响的最新研究进展.
Abstract
The thermoplastic resin modified epoxy system is a typical reaction induced phase separation system.As the curing reaction proceeds,the epoxy system begins to phase separate from the homogeneous phase,forming different phase morphologies.The main factors affecting the phase separation morphology of thermoplastic resin modified epoxy system include the type and structure,content,molecular weight of thermoplastic resin,curing temperature and filler,etc.The latest research progresses on the influence of the above factors on phase morphology were reviewed in this paper.
