改性聚氨酯及其彩色抗滑表层的组成设计

摘要
针对彩色抗滑表层常出现的开裂、剥落等病害,选择以聚氨酯为基料,环氧树脂为改性剂进行了复合胶粘剂的研究,并以此为基础开展了抗滑表层的组成设计.首先通过拉伸试验确定,当环氧掺加质量分数为15%时,改性聚氨酯同时具有良好的强度和韧性.接着采用弯曲流变试验对改性聚氨酯的低温性能进行检验,结果显示改性后胶粘剂低温性能得到了明显改善.最后以AC-13C沥青混凝土为基面,采用室内加速加载试验测试了抗滑表层的抗滑耐磨性能衰变规律,具体包括摩擦摆值、构造深度以及剥落率三种指标,以此进行彩色抗滑表层的组成设计.推荐AC-13C路面上抗滑表层胶粘剂的最佳用量为1.0kg/m2,彩色陶瓷粒最佳用量为2.5 kg/m2.
Abstract
Aiming at the cracking,peeling and other diseases that often occur in the colored anti-skid surface layer,the composite ad-hesive was studied with polyurethane as base material and epoxy resin as modifier and based on this,the composition design of the anti-sliding surface layer was carried out.Firstly,it was determined through tensile testing that when the mass fraction of epoxy added was 15%,the modified polyurethane had both good strength and toughness.Then,the low temperature performance of the modified polyure-thane was tested by bending rheological test,which showed that the low temperature performance of the modified adhesive was signifi-cantly improved.Finally,using AC-13C asphalt concrete as the base surface,the indoor accelerated loading test was used to test the decay law of the anti-skid and wear-resistance of the anti-skid surface layer,including three indicators of friction pendulum value,structural depth,and spalling rate.Based on this,the composition design ofthe color anti-skid surface layer was carried out.The recom-mended optimal dosage for anti-skid surface layer adhesive on AC-13C pavement was 1.0 kg/m2,and the optimal dosage for colored ce-ramic particles was 2.5 kg/m2.
