风电叶片拉挤大梁板用环氧树脂及其复合材料研究

通过粘度、凝胶时间、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)及浇铸体力学性能测试研究了聚醚多元醇和N,N-二甲基苄胺的添加量对适用于拉挤成型工艺的环氧树脂体系性能的影响.结果表明,聚醚多元醇和N,N-二甲基苄胺添加量分别为A组分质量的12.0%和1.0%时,树脂体系常温下的粘度低、适用期长,高温下凝胶时间短、可快速固化,固化物的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和Tg分别可达67 MPa,2.74GPa,4.63%,106 MPa,2.73 GPa和134 ℃.由该环氧体系采用60 cm/min拉挤工艺制备的玻璃纤维拉挤板具有优异的力学性能.
Study on epoxy resin and composite suitable for pultrusion girder plates of wind power blades
The effects of addition amount of polyether polyol and N,N-dimethylbenzylamine on the properties of epoxy resin system suitable for pultrusion process were studied by viscosity,gel time,glass transition temperature(Tg)and castings mechanical propery tests.The results showed that when the addition amount of polyether polyols and N,N-dimethylbenzy-lamine was 12.0%and 1.0%of the mass of component A,respectively,the viscosity of the resin system was low at room temperature,the applicable period was long,the gel time was short at high temperature,and it could be rapidly cured.The tensile strength,tensile modulus,elongation at break,flexural strength,flexural modulus and Tg of the cured product could reach 67 MPa,2.74 GPa,4.63%,106 MPa,2.73 GPa and 134 ℃,respectively.The glass fiber pultrusion plate prepared by the epoxy system using a 60 cm/min pultrusion process had excellent mechanical properties.
