Preparation and wear resistance study of organic inorganic filler modified epoxy resin composite materials
A wear-resistant composite material based on epoxy resin E-51 was prepared by filling and modifying it with self-made isocyanate terminated liquid rubber and inorganic fillers. The chemical reaction mechanism and wear mechanism were elaborated, and the effects of the type and amount of fillers on the wear resistance of the material were studied. The modified epoxy resin was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The cross-section and wear surface morphology of the material were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the wear resistance of composite was the best when the in-organic filler was nano-alumina dioxide and molybdenum disulfide(mass ratio of 1∶100)and the addition mass fraction was 200%.
