有机-无机填料改性环氧树脂复合材料的制备及耐磨性能研究

以环氧树脂E-51为基体,用自制的端异氰酸酯基液体橡胶和无机填料对其进行填充改性,制备了一种环氧树脂基耐磨复合材料.阐述了其化学反应机理和磨损机理,研究了填料种类及用量对材料耐磨性的影响,采用红外光谱对改性环氧树脂进行了表征,并用扫描电镜分析了材料的断面和磨损表面的形貌.结果表明:无机填料为纳米二氧化二铝和二硫化钼(质量比为1∶100),添加质量分数为200%时,复合材料的耐磨性能最佳.
Preparation and wear resistance study of organic inorganic filler modified epoxy resin composite materials
A wear-resistant composite material based on epoxy resin E-51 was prepared by filling and modifying it with self-made isocyanate terminated liquid rubber and inorganic fillers.The chemical reaction mechanism and wear mechanism were elaborated,and the effects of the type and amount of fillers on the wear resistance of the material were studied.The modified epoxy resin was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The cross-section and wear surface morphology of the material were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the wear resistance of composite was the best when the in-organic filler was nano-alumina dioxide and molybdenum disulfide(mass ratio of 1∶100)and the addition mass fraction was 200%.
