有轨电车承轨槽用聚氨酯弹性体的制备及性能

以聚醚多元醇330N、3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、耐磨剂为主要原料制备了聚氨酯弹性体,采用力学性能、耐磨性及耐老化性能测试,动态力学分析及热分析考察了聚醚多元醇、耐磨剂对聚氨酯弹性性能的影响.结果表明:相比聚醚多元醇PPG-2000,由PTMEG-2000制备的聚氨酯弹性体拉伸强度、硬度较高,动态力学性能优良,阿克隆磨耗较低.使用耐磨剂CUBD-NM01比使用二硫化钼制备的聚氨酯弹性体的阿克隆磨耗低,且阿克隆磨耗随CUBD-NM01用量的增加而降低.该聚氨酯弹性体热分解温度为220℃,性能指标达到设计要求,可用于有轨电车承轨槽的填充密封.
Preparation and performance of polyurethane elastomer for tram track rail ditch
The polyurethane elastomer was prepared with polyether polyol 330N,3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl-methane,diphenylmethane diisocyanate and wear-resistant agents as the main raw materials.The effects of polyether poly-ols and wear-resistant agents on the properties of polyurethane elastomer were investigated by mechanical property,wear resistance and aging resistance tests,dynamic mechanical analysis and thermal analysis.The results showed that the polyurethane elastomer prepared by PTMEG-2000 had higher tensile strength,higher hardness,excellent dynamic me-chanical properties,and lower Akron wear compared with the polyurethane prepared by polyether polyol PPG-2000.The Akron wear of the elastomer using wear-resistant agent CUBD-NM01 was lower than that of molybdenum disulfide,and the Akron wear of the elastomer decreased with the increase of wear-resistant agent CUBD-NM01 dosage.The thermal decompo-sition temperature of the polyurethane elastomer was 220 ℃.Its performance indicators meet the design requirements and can be used for filling and sealing the rail ditch for tram truck.
