后处理条件对酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂HDT与弯曲性能的影响

在不同条件下对酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂(NEVER)进行后固化,测试其热变形温度(HDT)、巴氏硬度及玻璃纤维增强塑料(FRP)的弯曲性能.结果发现,当后固化条件为150 ℃/2 h时,树脂的巴氏硬度及FRP弯曲性能达到最佳,分别为55和177.42MPa,HDT为160.3℃.当后固化处理条件为200℃/24h时,其HDT最高为219.1 ℃,FRP弯曲强度为151.22 MPa.随着后固化温度(150、180、200℃)的提升,树脂的HDT逐步提高,但弯曲性能逐步下降.在后固化温度为200℃,热处理12 h以内时树脂HDT提升幅度较大,其后增幅很小.
Effect of post-treatment condition on HDT and flexural properties of novolac epoxy vinyl ester resin
The phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin(NEVER)was post-cured under different conditions,and its thermal defor-mation temperature(HDT),Barcol hardness and flexural properties of glass fiber reinforced plastics(FRP)were tested.It was found that when the post-curing condition was 150 ℃/2 h,the Barcol hardness of the resin and FRP flexural properties were the best,which were 55 and 177.42 MPa,respectively,and the HDT was 160.3 ℃.When the post-curing condition was 200 ℃/24 h,the highest HDT was 219.1 ℃,and the flexural strength of FRP was 151.22 MPa.With the increase of post-curing temperature(150,180,200 ℃),the HDT of the resin gradually increased,but the flexura performance gradually decreased.When the post-curing temperature was 200 ℃ and the heat treatment time was less than 12 h,the HDT of the resin increased greatly,and then the increase was very small.
