摘要
介绍了环氧树脂涂料的老化机理,从环氧树脂结构和改性后树脂性能之间的"构效"关系角度出发,综述了近年来国内外采用脂肪族环氧树脂、有机硅树脂、丙烯酸酯和纳米颗粒对环氧树脂进行改性,制备高耐候性的环氧树脂涂料的研究进展.分析了该领域研究面临的问题并指出了未来发展方向.
Abstract
The aging mechanism of epoxy resin coatings was introduced.From the perspective of the structure-activity rela-tionship between the structure of epoxy resin and the properties of modified resin,the research progresses of epoxy resin coatings with high weather resistance prepared by modifying epoxy resin with aliphatic epoxy resin,silicone resin,acrylate and nanoparticles at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed.The problems faced in this field were analyzed and the future development direction was pointed out.
