摘要

节能环保已成为汽车行业发展的主要驱动力.轻负荷柴油发动机体积小,功率密度高,延长换油周期(1.5万km~3万km)的要求对润滑油提出较大挑战.本研究在ACEA轻负荷柴油机油技术平台上自主研制了 5W-30 C3+长寿命轻负荷柴油机油,在国Ⅵ轻负荷柴油车上进行了两个3万km换油周期行车试验.试验数据表明:中国石油润滑油公司自主产品可以在燃油稀释后保持较好的黏度稳定性,在长里程换油周期后抵抗氧化衰变,具备稳定的碱保持性,低含量的磨损金属数值表现了优异的抗磨性,满足3万km换油周期的技术要求,可为车主节约养护成本.

Abstract

Energy conservation and environmental protection have become the main driving forces for the development of the automotive industry.The requirements of small size,high power density,and extended oil change intervals(15,000 to 30,000 kilometers)pose significant challenges to lubricating oils in light-duty diesel engines.The research has independ-ently developed a 5W-30 C3+long-life light-duty diesel engine oil on the ACEA light-duty diesel engine oil technology platform and plans to conduct two 30,000-kilometer oil change interval road tests on China VI light-duty diesel vehicles.The test data shows that Kunlun's independent products can maintain good viscosity stability after fuel dilution,resist oxida-tion deterioration after long-distance oil change intervals,possess stable alkaline retention,and exhibit excellent anti-wear properties with low levels of wear metals.It meets the technical requirements of a 30,000-kilometer oil change inter-val,thereby saving maintenance costs for vehicle owners.
