不同检测方法对电气绝缘油界面张力的影响

文章对比了国内外变压器油界面张力的检测方法,并考察了不同方法界面保持时间对界面张力的影响.从试验结果看,无论是新油还是老化油,界面张力值均随着界面保持时间的增加呈下降趋势,并且老化油受时间影响更为敏感.在实验室实际工作中,为了减小因测试时间不同而引起的误差,得到较为有效的数据,同时又能快速进行检测,建议采用接近平衡状态条件下的IEC 62961方法进行变压器油界面张力的检测.
Influence of Different Test Methods on Interfacial Tension of Electrical Insulating Oils
The paper compares the detection methods of interfacial tension of transformer oil used in both domestic and for-eign studies.It also investigates the influence of different interface holding times on interfacial tension.The experimental re-sults show that,regardless of whether the oil is fresh or aged,the interfacial tension values decrease with the increase of interface holding time.Moreover,aged oil is more sensitive to the effect of time.To minimize errors caused by different test times and obtain more effective data quickly,it is recommended to use the IEC 62961 method,which is close to the e-quilibrium state,for the detection of interfacial tension of transformer oil in laboratory work.
