摘要
高速列车动车组具有更加复杂、苛刻的摩擦磨损问题.随着我国高速铁路的迅速发展,特别是高速动车组齿轮箱技术的快速发展,对齿轮箱润滑油的性能提出了更高要求.为解决当前国内外动车组驱动齿轮箱润滑油没有统一标准的问题,为动车组驱动齿轮箱提供性能可靠的润滑油,确保高速动车组的安全行驶,我国制定了 GB/T 40701-2021《动车组驱动齿轮箱润滑油》国家标准,并于2022年5月1日开始正式实施.文章对GB/T40701-2021《动车组驱动齿轮箱润滑油》国家标准的具体技术要求进行了研究分析.GB/T 40701-2021《动车组驱动齿轮箱润滑油》国家标准的制定和实施,对实现我国高速动车组技术的全面自主化具有重要意义.
Abstract
High-speed EMUs have more complex and demanding friction and wear issues.With the rapid development of high-speed railways in China,especially the fast growth of high-speed EMU gearbox technology,higher requirements have been put forward for the performance of gearbox lubricants.In order to solve the problem of the lack of unified stand-ards for EMU gearbox lubricants at home and abroad,and to provide lubricants with reliable performance for EMU gearbox-es,ensuring the safe operation of high-speed EMUs,China has formulated the national standardGB/T40701-2021 Elec-tric Multiple Units Gear Oils,which officially came into effect on May1,2022.The paper conducts research and analysis on the specific technical requirements of the GB/T40701-2021.The formulation and implementation of GB/T40701-2021 is of great significance to achieve comprehensive independent development of high-speed EMU technology in China.
