Optimization and Transformation of the Automatic Warm Cleaning Program of the Filtration Machine for the Ketone Benzene Dewaxing Unit
The vacuum filtration system is the core unit of the ketone-benzene dewaxing process.The efficiency of the fil-ter and the effect of warm washing operation have a great impact on smooth operation and product yield.The paper analy-zes the problems existing in the automatic control of the ketone-benzene filtration system,and proposes measures to opti-mize the warm washing program of the filter,realizing fully automatic one-key warm washing of the filtration machine.This significantly improves the washing effect and quality,reduces human errors,and reduces manual labor intensity.The stability rate of the unit,product qualification rate are significantly improved,and the comprehensive yield of oil wax in-creased by 0.7%,realizing the stable control of the sealing pressure of the safety gas at the same time,avoiding safe gas carrying solvent empty.It also reduces solvent discharge losses,achieving good economic and environmental benefits.
