工程机械用润滑脂的选择和使用对于保障工程机械的正常运行具有重要意义.文章研发的石墨烯润滑脂满足国家标准技术要求,并具有较好的高温性能、摩擦性能.石墨烯添加量为(a+0.010)%时,石墨烯润滑脂的减摩抗磨效果最佳,摩擦系数降低率达18.5%,磨斑直径降低率达15%.经重载滑动轴承台架试验对比,加注石墨烯润滑脂时轴套平均磨损量和销轴平均磨损量分别较加注极压锂基润滑脂时减少30%和65%.经整机试验对比,石墨烯润滑脂较极压锂基润滑脂的摩擦副平均磨损量降低58.75%.石墨烯润滑脂因具有稳定的摩擦系数及较好的摩擦性能,在一定程度上解决了起重机的抖动问题,但仍未彻底解决,建议同步排查引起起重机抖动的其他因素.
Research on the Tribological Properties of Graphene-reinforced Extreme Pressure Lithium-based Grease for Engineering Machinery and Its Application
The selection and application of lubricating grease for construction machinery is of great significance to ensure its normal operation.The graphene grease developed in the paper meets the technical requirements of national standards and has good high temperature properties and tribological properties.When the graphene addition amount is(a+0.010)%,the graphene grease has the best anti-wear and friction-reducing effect,with a friction coefficient reduction rate of 18.5%and a wear spot diameter reduction rate of 15%.Through comparison of heavy-load sliding bearing bench tests,the aver-age wear of the sleeve and the pin when graphene grease is added is reduced by 30%and 65%respectively compared with when extreme pressure lithium-based grease is added.By comparing with the whole machine test,the average wear a-mount of the friction pair of graphene grease is reduced by 58.75%compared with that of extreme pressure lithium grease.Due to its stable friction coefficient and good tribological properties,graphene grease has solved the problem of crane jitter to a certain extent.However,the problem has not been solved completed;hence,it is recommended to simultaneously in-vestigate other factors that cause crane jitter.
