摘要

研究以渤海湾环烷基馏分油为原料,通过传统抽提工艺和全加氢工艺制备了两种变压器油基础油.两种基础油按特定比例调合后加入抗氧剂,制成变压器油产品.对该变压器油产品与变压器材料开展了相容性研究.结果表明:通过开发的生产工艺制备的变压器油产品符合IEC 60296:2020标准中的A类高等级变压器油产品要求,具有良好的低温性能和氧化安定性;按照DL/T 1836-2018方法评价,制备的变压器油产品与变压器材料的相容性良好.

Abstract

The study uses Bohai Bay naphthenic raffinate as feedstock to prepare two transformer oil base oils through tradi-tional extraction process and full hydrogenation process.After blending the two base oils at a specific ratio and adding an-tioxidants,the transformer oil product was produced.Compatibility research between the transformer oil product and trans-former materials was conducted.The results show that the transformer oil product prepared through the developed produc-tion process meets the requirements of IEC 60296:2020 for Class A high-grade transformer oil products,with good low-temperature performance and oxidation stability;according to DL/T 1836-2018 method,the transformer oil product pre-pared has good compatibility with transformer materials.
