Study on the Anti-coking Properties of Oil and Gas Lubricants
Through the coking plate test, the study examines the anti-coking properties of several oil and gas lubricant products currently used in domestic steel mills through carbon residue tests.Furthermore,it investigates the impact of dis-persants and mineral base oils on the anti-coking properties of oil and gas lubricants. The results indicate that the introduc-tion of dispersants can significantly improve the anti-coking properties of oil and gas lubricants.Additionally, the different viscosity grades of base oils have a significant impact on the anti-coking properties of oil and gas lubricants, with their e-vaporation characteristics and thermal stabilities showing strong correlation with the anti-coking properties.
