摘要
研究选用某摩托车制造企业157FMJ-2四冲程摩托车发动机为试验发动机,建立了四冲程摩托车润滑油评定台架,并对试验方法进行了研究.该台架能够满足市售典型的四冲程摩托车润滑油的性能评价要求.油品的主要评价指标包括:高温清净性能、高温抗氧化性能、抗磨损性能.四冲程摩托车润滑油台架评价标准的建立,为研制高性能摩托车润滑油提供了可靠的评定方法.
Abstract
In this study,a four-stroke motorcycle engine 157FMJ-2 from a certain motorcycle manufacturing company was selected to establish a motorcycle lubricants evaluation bench,and the test methods were studied.The bench can meet the performance evaluation requirements of commercially available typical four-stroke motorcycle lubricants.The main evaluation indicators for the lubricants include high-temperature cleanliness,high-temperature oxidation resistance,and anti-wear performance.The establishment of bench evaluation standards for four-stroke motorcycle lubricants pro-vides reliable evaluation methods for developing high-performance motorcycle lubricants.
