摘要
随着物流运输行业中轻卡的国家排放法规升级,应用颗粒捕集器(DPF)、废气再循环(EGR)等技术的轻卡车辆数量逐渐攀升.发动机后处理系统新技术的应用,对发动机润滑油的各项性能提出了更高的要求.文章介绍了 APICK-4规格的台架性能要求及与CI-4规格的性能指标差异,并对研制的CK-4 5W-40柴油发动机油在轻卡上的应用性能进行了研究.结果表明:CK-4 5W-40在加装颗粒捕集器的轻卡车辆上行驶里程可达3万km,能为物流运输行业有效降低车辆运营中的保养成本.
Abstract
With upgrading of national emission regulations for light trucks in the logistics and transportation industry,the light truck vehicles applying technologies such as diesel particulate filter(DPF)and exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)are in-creasing gradually.Application of engine post-treatment systems requires high performances of engine lubricant.In this study,the bench performance requirements of API CK-4 lubricant and the differences with Cl-4 lubricant performance were introduced,and application of CK-4 5W-40 diesel engine oil in light trucks was studied.The results show that CK-4 5W-40 on light truck vehicles installed with DPF can run 30,000 km when it uses CK-4 5W-40 diesel engine oil,which reduces vehicle operation and maintenance costs effectively in the logistics and transportation industry.
