甲缩醛汽油在小型单缸发动机上的表现初探

使用车用93#汽油和含有甲缩醛的混合汽油,分别在排量为125 mL的发动机上进行了节气门全开的外特性试验.结果表明:在同等情况下,使用含有甲缩醛的混合汽油输出功率与扭矩变化不大,燃油消耗量降低,发动机的尾气排放明显改善.采用排量为125 mL的摩托车,分别加注车用97#汽油和含有不同纯度甲缩醛的混合汽油后,在底盘试验机上进行了不同转速下的燃油消耗和尾气测试,结果表明:汽油中添加剂甲缩醛后,摩托车尾气排放略有改善,但两种不同纯度的甲缩醛汽油燃油消耗率的表现不一样.
First Exploration on the Performance of Dimethoxymethane Gasoline in Small Single-Cylinder Engines
The external characteristics of a 125 mL engine with full throttle were tested by using 93# gasoline and a blended gaso-line containing dimethoxymethane.The results showed that under the same condition,the output power and torque of gasoline containing dimethoxymethane had little change,the fuel consumption was reduced,and the exhaust emission of the engine was improved obviously.After a motorcycle with a displacement of 125 mL was injected with 97# gasoline and blended gasoline contai-ning dimethoxymethane of different purity separately,fuel consumption and exhaust gas test were carried out at different speeds on the chassis test machine.The results showed that when dimethoxymethane was added to gasoline,motorcycle exhaust emis-sion was improved slightly,and dimethoxymethane gasoline with different purity had different fuel consumption.
