摘要

在不同种类白油产品中,碳数分布可以反映产品的性能指标,如氧化安定性、食品级白油的体内累积与吸收量、疫苗白油的安全性和免疫效力等.文章从测定原理及适用性对气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)、模拟蒸馏法、凝胶色谱法3种测定碳数分布的方法进行对比,结果表明:GC-MS与模拟蒸馏法测出的碳数分布较为一致,凝胶色谱法由于原理特殊具有一定的局限性.

Abstract

The carbon number distribution of white oil products reflects their performances,such as oxidation stability,ac-cumulation and absorption volume of food grade white oil in the body,and safety and immune efficacy of vaccine white oil,etc.In this paper,the test methods of carbon number distribution by GC-MS,simulated distillation and gel chromatogra-phy were compared in terms of principle and applicability.The results show that the carbon number distribution tested by GC-MS is consistent with that tested by simulated distillation method,and gel chromatography has its limitation due to its special mechanism.
