钢铁行业设备润滑管理提质研究

摘要
福建某钢厂设备润滑管理经过了前期粗放型生产管理,逐步发展为现阶段的精细化管理.主要工作包括:通过对在用润滑油/脂进行优化整合,合理简化品种;全面梳理设备润滑问题,建立设备润滑台账;建立设备润滑规范和标准;建立检测实验室并进行油液检测;外聘专业的设备润滑管理团队等.基于此,极大提升了该钢厂设备润滑管理的效率和能力,降低了吨钢油耗,降低了设备故障率.计划进一步开展设备润滑数字化平台管理,引入在线油液监测、设备维护及润滑外包等工作.
Abstract
The equipment lubrication management of a steel mill in Fujian has been in a transition from previous extensive production management to current fine management.The main measures of fine management include optimization and inte-gration of applied lubricating oil and grease,reasonable simplification of lubricating oil and grease types,sorting of problems in equipment lubrication,establishment of equipment lubrication records,establishment of specifications and standards for equipment lubrication,construction of a testing laboratory for oil test,and hiring a professional equipment lubrication man-agement team.After implementing these measures,both efficiency and capability of equipment lubrication management have been improved significantly,realizing reduction of oil consumption per ton of steel and equipment failure rate.Digital platform management for equipment lubrication,online oil monitoring,equipment maintenance and lubrication outsourcing are planned to carry out for further development.
