摘要
我国新能源汽车发展迅猛.在集成化、轻量化的趋势下,电动汽车已将减速箱、电机和电控系统集成为电驱系统.随着工况变化,市场对润滑油的性能要求也发生了改变.文章重点阐述了电驱系统的发展趋势,初步探讨了电驱系统用油必须具备的电学性能、热学性能、铜腐蚀性能、抗摩擦特性、剪切稳定性、氧化安定性、抗泡沫性能以及材料兼容性等.
Abstract
Rapid progress is made in the new energy vehicle industry in China.Under the trend of integration and light-weight,the gearbox,motor and electronic control system in electric vehicles are integrated into an electric drive system.With the change of working conditions in the electric drive system,the requirements on lubricant performance have changed.Considering this situation,this paper focuses on the development trend of the electric drive system,and discus-ses electrical property,thermal property,copper corrosion resistance,friction property,shear stability,oxidation stability,foam resistance,and material compatibility required for lubricants for the electric drive system.
