摘要
橡胶充油制品表面畸变现象的发生,主要与材料、配方、工艺有关.物料不合格、物料含水、杂质污染等材料的原因,充油量低、橡塑比不匹配、硫化不当等配方的原因,以及加工温度过低、真空排气缺失、滤网不匹配等工艺的原因,均会导致表面畸变现象的产生.文章对造成橡胶充油制品畸变现象的因素进行分析,探讨橡胶油对橡胶充油制品表面畸变现象的影响,为改善表面畸变现象,提高产品质量提供参考.
Abstract
Surface distortion of rubber oil-filled products is mainly related to their material,formula and process.The material factors including unqualified materials,water in material,impurity pollution,etc.,the formula factors including low oil con-tent,mismatched rubber/plastic ratio,improper vulcanization,etc.,and the process factors including low processing temper-ature,lost vacuum exhaust,filter screen mismatch,etc.The above reasons will lead to surface distortion.In this paper,the factors causing distortion of rubber oil-filled products are analyzed,and the effects of rubber oil on surface distortion of rub-ber oil-filled products are studied,which provide reference for reducing surface distortion and improving the product quality.
