Influences of Aromatic Hydrocarbon Structure on the Gassing Performance of Transformer Oil
Transformer oil is widely used in the power system. In oil-filled electrical equipment, local discharge can cause generation of a small amount of gas and bubbles in the ionized transformer oil,and the dielectric strength of the gas signifi-cantly less than that of the transformer oil leads to air gap discharge and destruction of the solid insulation of the electrical e-quipment.Therefore,the influences of aromatic hydrocarbons with different structures and different contents on the gas-sing performance of transformer oil were studied, which helps the optimization of the gassing performance of transformer oil and the development of high quality transformer oil with low gassing performance.
