Research on a Method for Rapid Identification of the Cause of Water Inflow for the Ship Equipment Oil
Water inflow for the ship equipment oil can cause great damage to the lubrication performance.Rapid identifica-tion of causes of water inflow is of great significance to maintenance of equipment.In this study,the atomic emission spec-trometer and the precision moisture analyzer with Karl Fischer Coulomb method are used to analyze the differences in sodi-um and magnesium elements between sea water and fresh water.A linear regression algorithm is proposed to determine the proportions of seawater and freshwater in lubricants and realize rapid identification of the causes of water inflow in e-quipment,providing a theoretical basis for maintenance of equipment and failure diagnosis.This method is applicable in checking causes of water inflow in ship equipment,and the obtained results are accurate and reliable.
