摘要
航空发动机润滑油是影响航空飞行安全的重要因素之一,随着航空发动机技术的不断发展,航空发动机润滑油的性能需不断提升,才能满足航空发动机对润滑油使用性能的要求.航空发动机润滑油标准规定了航空发动机润滑油的基本性能和测试评价方法等,是航空发动机润滑油研制的重要参考标准.文章对比分析了国内外现行航空发动机润滑油的产品标准,调研了国内外主要航空发动机润滑油产品,测试了部分典型航空发动机润滑油的性能,为航空润滑油的研制提供参考.
Abstract
The aeroengine lubricant is one of the key factors affecting aviation safety.With continuous progress of aero-engine technology,the aeroengine lubricants should be upgraded to meet the requirements of aeroengines.The standards for aeroengine lubricants specify the basic performance and evaluation methods of aeroengine lubricants,and it is an impor-tant reference for development of aeroengine lubricants.In this paper,the current product standards and major aeroengine lubricant products in China and abroad are compared,analyzed and investigated,and the performances of some typical aero-engine lubricants are tested.This provides reference for development of aeroengine lubricants.
