摘要
液压油在工程机械设备的平稳运行中扮演着至关重要的角色,液压系统的性能以及零部件的使用寿命都与液压油的工作状态密切相关.文章充分利用工程机械整机控制器采集到的大量液压油数据,基于灰度理论并借助先进人工智能(AI)技术的数据处理方法,设计开发了一种油液监测系统,实现了对液压油状态实时且精准的监测,切实做到了对潜在故障的预判,大幅度减少了因液压油故障而带来的损失.
Abstract
Hydraulic oil plays an essential role in the smooth operation of equipment in construction machinery.The perform-ance of hydraulic systems and the lifespan of components are closely related to the working condition of hydraulic oil.This paper makes full use of the extensive hydraulic oil data collected by the machinery's onboard controller and,based on grey theory and advanced data processing methods using artificial intelligence(Al)technology,develops an oil monitoring sys-tem.This system enables real-time and accurate monitoring of the hydraulic oils condition,effectively predicting potential faults and significantly reducing losses caused by hydraulic oil failures.
