国产AN-5烷基萘的性能及其应用研究

摘要
为拓展烷基萘的应用领域,分别分析了国产AN-5烷基萘的理化性能及用其替代部分美国石油学会(API)Ⅲ6基础油在汽油机油、抗磨液压油领域的应用情况,并对调制油品的理化性能、高温抗结焦性能、氧化安定性、热稳定性、水解安定性等进行了评价.结果表明:国产AN-5烷基萘与进口烷基萘的红外光谱基本一致,并具有突出的抗氧化性能;采用国产AN-5烷基萘替代10%APIⅢ6基础油调制的5W-30汽油机油、5W-40汽油机油理化性能满足指标要求,抗结焦性能得到改善,斜板成胶试验后的铝板结焦面积和胶重明显减少;调制的L-HM 32抗磨液压油(高压)理化性能满足指标要求,同时水解安定性、氧化安定性和热稳定性得到改善.
Abstract
To expand the application fields of alkyl naphthalene,this study respectively analyses the physicochemical proper-ties of domestic AN-5 alkyl naphthalene and the application of American Petroleum Institute(API)Ⅲ6 base oil partial re-placed by it in the field of gasoline engine oils and anti-wear hydraulic oils.Evaluations were conducted on physicochemical properties,high-temperature coking resistance,oxidation stability,thermal stability,and hydrolytic stability.The results show that the infrared spectrum of domestic AN-5 alkyl naphthalene is essentially consistent with that of imported alkyl naphthalene,exhibiting outstanding antioxidant performance.Gasoline engine oils(5W-30 and 5W-40)formulated with domestic AN-5 alkyl naphthalene as a 10%replacement for API Ⅲ6 base oil meet the required specifications and improve coking resistance,as proved by a significant reduction in coking area and weight on aluminum plates after the inclined plate gelling test.The formulated L-HM 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil(high pressure)also meets the required physicochemical properties while enhancing hydrolytic stability,oxidation stability,and thermal stability of the hydraulic oil.
