碳减排、节能和延长换油周期成为当今促进发动机技术不断革新的三大驱动力,内燃机润滑油技术不断更新换代,向着低硫、低磷、低灰分、低黏度、节能方向发展.氢燃料是汽车产业能源多元化和降低汽车尾气排放的最佳选择,是解决当前严重能源危机和环境污染问题的重要途径之一.氢内燃机润滑油具有优良的燃烧特性,文章分析了氢内燃机润滑油面临的问题并提出了解决思路,同时采集某品牌K05H发动机台架试验200 h后的在用油进行分析,试验中油品各项指标变化平稳,油品性能良好.
Study on the Properties of Lubricating Oil for Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engines
Carbon reduction,energy conservation,and extending oil change intervals are the three major driving forces be-hind continuous innovations in engine technology today.Internal combustion engine oil technology is constantly evolving to-wards lower sulfur,phosphorus,and ash content,as well as lower viscosity and improved energy efficiency.Hydrogen fuel is the best choice for diversifying energy sources in the automotive industry and reducing vehicle exhaust emissions,serving as a significant solution to the current serious energy crisis and environmental pollution issues.Hydrogen internal combus-tion engine lubricating oil has its unique combustion characteristics.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by lubricating oil for hydrogen internal combustion engines and proposes solutions.Additionally,the oil samples of a brand K05H engine were collected and analyzed after 200 hours of bench test.The results show that the various indicators of the oil remained stable and normal during the tests,and the oil showed satisfactory performance.
